Membership Usage

  • Email and Online Chat: Suitable for members who prefer digital communication.
  • Text and Phone: Offers a more personalized touch for booking assistance.

General Membership Terms

  • Minimum Commitment of 3 months is required for all membership levels.
  • Billing Fees are billed on the first of each month.
  • Credits are accumulated monthly, with a maximum limit of three (3) credits; excess credits convert to retail credit.
  • Credits are redeemable only under an active membership and expire upon membership cancellation.
  • Active Membership Definition: A membership is considered active with a memebship charge in the last 90 days.
  • Automatic Cancellation: Memberships without a monthly membership  charge for 120 days will be deemed inactive will be automatically canceled, and all credits will be forfeited.
  • Credit Card on File is Mandatory for all members.
  • Agreement to Terms: Membership contingent upon agreeing to all terms and conditions.
  • Conditions or limitations on benefits usage may apply per client to make sure the medical service is remonded for teh patint. 

Membership Tiers

  • Advanced Membership: $150 per month for 1 monthly service and 10% off retail products.
  • Pro Membership: $280 per month for 1 monthly premium service and 15% off retail products.
  • Complete Membership: $500 per month for 2 monthly premium services and 20% off retail products.

Appointment Changes and Cancellations

  • 72-Hour Notice: Confirm any changes to your appointment at least 72 hours before the scheduled time to avoid any fees.
  • Rescheduling Fee: If you reschedule less than 72 hours before your appointment, a $100 fee will be applied.
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to confirm a change up to 24 hours before the appointment time will result in a no-show.
  • Credit Loss: A no-show leads to the forfeiture of the scheduled service credit.
  • A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. Beyond this, it is considered a no-show.

Guest Pass

  • Eligibility: Redeemable for new, first-time patients only.
  • Frequency: Issued every 3 visits.
  • Usage: Must be used at the 3-visit cycle mark; non-accumulative.
  • Guest Booking: Full guest information is required.
  • Member Responsibility: Members are accountable for any guest no-shows or late cancellations unless the guest provides their credit card.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Method: Via email to info@georgetownallure.com; not accepted by phone or in person.
  • Notice Period for Cancellation: 15 days prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Clearance of Dues: All dues must be settled before cancellation can be processed.
  • Credit Forfeiture: Upon cancellation, any unused credits will be forfeited.
  • Non-Payment: If there is non-payment for 120 days, the membership will be canceled, and credits will be lost.

Pause Policy

  • Request: Members can pause their membership at any time Via email to info@georgetownallure.com; not accepted by phone or in person.
  • Notice Period for Cancellation: 15 days prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Maximum Pause Duration: Up to 3 months.
  • Automatic Restart: Membership will automatically restart after a 3-month pause.

Additional Clauses for Medical Spa Memberships

  • Health and Safety Compliance: Members must adhere to all spa health and safety guidelines, including specific treatment protocols.
  • Service Limitations: Certain treatments may require additional medical consent and might not be suitable for all members due to specific health conditions.
  • Data Privacy: All personal and health-related member data is managed in strict compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
  • Service Quality Assurance: The spa reserves the right to modify or update services to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
