Georgetown Allure Medical Spa Purchase Policy

Service Agreement Acceptance: Clients must agree to the terms and conditions of the Georgetown Allure Medical Spa Consent Waiver Agreement prior to receiving any services or treatments.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking for all treatments and services. Georgetown Allure accepts major credit cards, cash, and specific finance plans (Cherry, Affirm, CareCredit). All finance plans are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Policy: All sales, services, and treatments are final. Georgetown Allure Medical Spa does not offer refunds or exchanges for any services, treatments, or products purchased.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients must provide a minimum 72-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid charges. A rescheduling fee of $100 is applicable if an appointment is rescheduled within 72 hours of its scheduled time. A no-show fee of $200 is charged for appointments not confirmed up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Membership Terms: Memberships require a minimum commitment of three months. Membership fees are billed monthly, with a maximum accumulation of three monthly credits. Unused credits convert to retail credit upon membership cancellation. Memberships without a charge for 120 days will be deemed inactive and automatically canceled.

Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card must be on file for all clients, including members, for billing purposes.

Treatment Eligibility: Certain treatments may require additional medical consent and might not be suitable for all due to specific health conditions. The spa staff reserve the right to determine the suitability of specific treatments for each client.

Health and Safety Compliance: Clients must adhere to all health and safety protocols prescribed by Georgetown Allure Medical Spa. This includes providing accurate health information and following pre and post-treatment care instructions.

Appointment Punctuality: Clients are granted a 10-minute grace period for appointments. Beyond this, the appointment may be considered a no-show.

Data Privacy: Personal and health-related data of clients will be managed in strict accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Service Modification Rights: Georgetown Allure Medical Spa reserves the right to modify, adapt, or update its services, treatment protocols, and membership terms to maintain service quality, client safety, and overall spa experience.

COVID-19 Compliance: Clients must comply with all COVID-19 related safety measures and protocols implemented by Georgetown Allure Medical Spa.

Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Georgetown Allure from any legal costs or liabilities that may arise from their involvement with the services or incidents occurring in connection with business operations.

Acknowledgment of Agreement: By availing of any services, clients acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of these terms. Electronic or written signature will be required as proof of agreement to these terms.

Financial Commitment payment plan:
I hereby acknowledge and fully understand that any finance plan, including those with Cherry, Affirm, and CareCredit, is strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable, regardless of the policies set forth by these financial providers.
